It is important to give people a rough idea about the Stag Do as early as possible.  This will maximise the chances of most friends attending (allowing them to book time off work etc).  So do start to plan as soon as the groom has given you the nod that he wants you to organise a stag do for him.

TOP TIP 1 : Start the planning as soon as you have been asked to organise the stag do. Dont put it off until later
